Private Event Rental - Tier 1

Service Description

This rental is for our space as an event space. If you want to host your own concert or show of some sort for a private party, this is for you. THIS IS NOT FOR YOU TO SELL TICKETS, THIS IS A PRIVATE PARTY ONLY NOT FOR TICKETED EVENT RENTAL! ALL TICKETED RENTALS GO THROUGH OUR PAGE ONLY! We will set the stage up as our normal shows (jungle themed). You will have access to the main floor of the house and bathroom. No office or guest room access, no upstairs. 420 friendly inside and out. (cigarettes outside only) Maximum guests 50 people. If you want to host a larger show, there is an up-charge. Security staff will be present and a list of names will be required so security can check everyone in at the door. The house manager will be there to run sound and manage the evening. If you want our videos cameras or our photographer there, you will need to select another level of service. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE CAMERA OPERATION, PHOTOGRAPHER. THIS EVENT WILL NOT BE LIVE STREAMED ON OUR PLATFORMS.
