Private Rehearsal Rental - Tier 1

Service Description

We offer full back line including PA and mixer (digital Midas), monitors, bass amp (markbass and aguilar rigs), Tama Starclassic 5 piece drum kit (bring your own cymbals), stands, etc, piano (Roland Jupiter 50). Bring your own guitar amp. This rental does not include a sound engineer, you will be running your own sound. The house manager will be there to set you up, after that you are running it yourself. This is a private rehearsal space, factor setup, tear down, etc in your time. If you spend 30 minutes setting up, you will have 15 minutes of rehearsal time before you need to start breaking down. If you go over the time limit there will be an extra charge. 420 friendly inside, cigarettes outside. Bathrooms available on main floor, no shower use, no access to guest room, rest of house off limits.
