Private Rehearsal Rental - Tier 2

Service Description

We offer full back line including PA and mixer (digital Midas), monitors, bass amp (markbass and aguilar rigs), drum kit (bring your own cymbals), stands, etc, piano (Roland Jupiter 50). Bring your own guitar amp. This rental does not include a sound engineer, you will be running your own sound. The house manager will be there to set you up, after that you are running it yourself. This is a private rehearsal space, factor setup, tear down, etc into your time. Bathrooms available on main floor with shower, guest bedroom available as well for private use (naps or changing, not for intimacy...) 420 friendly inside, outside for cigarettes. We also offer high end gear rental (guitars, bass, amps, cymbals) for extra charge.
