Private Rehearsal Rental - Tier 3

This is a third tier rental with a 2 hour minimum!

Service Description

We offer full back line including PA and mixer (digital Midas), monitors, bass amp (markbass and aguilar rigs), Tama Starclassic 5 piece drum kit (bring your own cymbals), stands, etc, piano (Roland Jupiter 50). Bring your own guitar amp. This rental does not include a sound engineer, you will be running your own sound. The house manager will be there to set you up, after that you are running it yourself. This is a private rehearsal space, factor setup, tear down, etc into your time. Bathrooms available on main floor with shower and fresh towels, guest bedroom available as well for private use (naps or changing, do your intimate stuff at home) This tier includes complimentary beer, 420 friendly inside, cigarettes outside only. With this level have access to our premium gear vault (guitars, bass, amps). At this level we can mic and record your session (audio only). Video recording is available at an extra cost.
